Shipping
We ship on a daily base. So the regular shipping time across the United States is 3-5 Business Days.
For orders under 49$ it costs 3.95$. If your order value is higher shipping is free for you!
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your jewelry’s journey.
Regulary you get the shipment details maximum 24 hours after you placed the order.
Good news! All our product prices are now inclusive of taxes and duties worldwide. That means no surprise fees upon delivery, everything is already taken care of at checkout.
You’ll only see the shipping cost added at checkout, and the final price you pay is the complete and total cost of your order.
Please note that taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays.We recommend you order soon, so you get your magical jewelry in time.
In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it.
This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check between your front doors and talk to your household members and neighbors.
If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via info@esotericaura.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.
If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that show up as delivered.
Retruns & Exchanges
Yes — we want you to absolutely love your new jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your item(s) via Contact Us. Requests submitted after this 3-day period will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
All return requests are subject to approval. If your return request is not approved, the item is not eligible for return or refund.
If your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 14 days from the date of return authorization. A valid tracking number is required.
If the item is not shipped within this 14-day period after approval, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
Simply send us an E-Mail with your order number and we will guide you through everything.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping) within7 working days. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
