Refund policy

Requesting a Return

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your item(s) via Contact Us. Requests submitted after this 3-day period will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

All return requests are subject to approval. If your return request is not approved, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

If your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 14 days from the date of return authorization. A valid tracking number is required.

If the item is not shipped within this 14-day period after approval, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.

For Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event of receiving a damaged item, an incorrect product, or other issues, kindly reach out to our support team at Customer Support prior to returning the item. We’ll strive to resolve your concerns promptly.

Standard Returns

Should you wish to return an item for other reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping with a valid tracking number and insurance costs, plus a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns may be sent via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority, or Regular Mail and must include a valid tracking number. Prior to dispatching your return, consult with our team on the recommended method and the necessity of insurance. A complete refund of the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping, insurance costs, and restocking fees) will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition and inspection.

Order Adjustments

Need to adjust your order? Here’s how:

  • If you need to remove an item(s) from your order, please contact us immediately. A 10% restocking fee applies for such adjustments.
  • Alternatively, we offer the option to have a credit applied to your account to avoid the restocking fee.

Exchanges

Looking for an exchange instead?

  • A minimum restocking fee of 10% applies. Please note that shipping costs for both the return and the reshipment are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an order?

  • If your order is already packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment or in transit, a 15% restocking fee is applicable.
  • For immediate cancellations where the items have not been prepared for dispatch, a lower 10% restocking fee applies.

Please be aware that all sales are final:

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels

For returns due to incorrect address entry, refused packages, or unclaimed parcels:

  • If a package returns to us under these circumstances, reshipment requires advance payment of additional shipping and handling fees.
  • If reshipment is declined, you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping/handling costs.

International Returns

For international orders that are refused or unclaimed:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund as these items cannot be retrieved.
